About Peng

Ms. Peng Zeng holds a Masters degree in International Relations with a focus on China from University of California, San Diego. It was the 2007 STARTALK program that brought Ms. Zeng to China Institute . She also successfully ran the 2008 STARTALK program and its continuing Saturday Chinese School. In addition, Ms. Zeng has years of experience running after-school and summer dual-language programs for K-12 students in New York City.
